Saving Money When Outsourcing Articles for Article Directories

If you have enough money for outsourcing, then this post is not for you. However if you are finding yourself counting your coins when you have to pay for article outsourcing, then read on.
Everybody is at a different level of income when it comes to making money online and that is ok. For some money is no longer an issue, yet others are still at the beginning of their roads in their internet marketing adventures. This is when money is rather tight and whether to outsource various aspects of the business or not is one thing that you might be heavily pondering.
I am sort of in the middle. There are months when I don’t have to worry about it, however other times, yes, I also count my pennies. I found a good source for my article writing and I am really happy with their work, they do offer quality articles so when I can, I try to outsource my articles that will be posted to Ezinearticles or other high PR article directories for my sites.
Most outsourcers will work for a given amount for every 100 words. From what I’ve been talking to various people, most outsource to the exact number that they need. For example I found many people outsourcing articles of 500 words each only to be submitted to Ezinearticles. While that is a good thing to have for your own website, there is no reason to fatten the content of other sites that you don’t own when you can as well submit articles from 250 words onwards for them to be accepted.
So what I’ve been doing with success as of recently is outsource articles of 300 words, which are perfectly acceptable for Ezinearticles. The only problems is when it comes to keywords you want to use in your resource box that have 4 words each instead of 3. In order for Ezinearticles to accept 4 or 5 keywords anchor texts, your article needs to be at least 400 words each. So why don’t you just get that 300 words article and fill it up with 100 words nicely? It will cost you the same and in terms of time I take no longer than 2 minutes to flesh out my article.
When you receive the articles back, you need to read them for any editing, etc. When you do that, simply inject here and there a few filler words that don’t damage your content but increase your count words. Just think of everyday words that you would add to a phrase anyway. For example if you have a text ‘if doing homework is to be done at a table’, you could easily add ‘if doing any reading or homework is to be done at a desk or table’. You’ve just added 3 new words that are already increasing the count. (Note that some words are not counted by Ezinearticles, such as ‘if’, ‘on’, or’, etc)
Finish reading and editing the article and simply add a last paragraph to get your count up to over 400 words. It’s very easy to do that when you’re actually reading your article from top to bottom without interruption as your thoughts simply continue from there on, it’s human nature. So just add your last thought on the subject as a last paragraph.
You’ve just saved yourself money and got yourself a nice long article that will now accept 4-5 words keywords in the author resource box as well. With the high prices of today, even saving $10 for the batch of articles of 300 words instead of 400 means that you can get squeezed in 1-2 articles more to be researched and written for you.

Lately the topic of outsourcing seems to be all over Internet. Not exactly a new concept, but now the focus seems to be getting a full time Virtual Assistants (VAs) instead of freelancers.
Both have pros and cons, but in my mind right now, I’m leaning towards having a part time or full time VAs, locally or abroad as it makes work much easier, I feel like somebody’s got my back whenever I feel burdened. Or simply have other projects to attend to.
I also get a bit more control over the work done too.

Lorita that is absolutely true. However the issue of VAs is that they really come into play when people are no longer newbies to IM, when they really have the money to pay $300, $500, $600 or whatever they are paying them on a monthly basis. A person just starting out won’t have the money for a VA, he or she will just be testing the water and try to ease up a bit on their workload without eating away too much from their budget. These are the people I was talking to in this article as I know how difficult it is to save a buck. If you have the money for a VA already, you’re in another league altogether

If you’re prepared to use a content mill, you’ll get content for cheap. If you want decent copy, then you’ll probably need a freelancer.
