January Squidoo Payments 2013

My first payout in January - for earnings last November. I thought things would go downhil after the October Halloween sales, but it seems things are still on an upward trend, with a bit over $100 more than what I made last month. Not bad, not bad at all for a free platform that everyone is making fun of or discounting automatically. So let’s see how I fared this time.

Making more lenses definitely paid out, last month I had 207 lenses that earned me royalties, this month I had 219. Also I had some lenses in tier 1, which certainly helped. So this month the Squidoo amount was $2,493 vs last month $2,352.

Next month it might be a bit less, because in November Squidoo took a small dip along with lots of other websites, and it’s still recovering as of now, but things are not half as bad though.

I did say last month that I would stop showing my earnings, but alas, it was a time for holiday and I just didn’t find the energy to start on another platform. I like Squidoo too much at the moment, and I’m having fun making more hopefully good lenses. I’ve also started to make more jewelry - had to leave this hobby behind for a few years because earning money when I had no job took a priority. So at the moment earning from Squidoo and Amazon, and making jewelry are my main two points of focus.
