Yes, that’s what it went for. And this is not even much, I saw similar sites sold for even $1200 at times. Basically people want ready made sites, with the hard word already done, with backlinks in place, the site being on page 1 of google making constant money and they are willing to pay for it since they can instead focus on other things while the site is earning them money at a steady pace.
