I’m not using the original Xfactor style at all, I’m doing my own templates from scratch in Xsitepro. They’re relatively simplistic to attract clicks and don’t distract the eyes, however they have a nice appeal, like you mentioned as the sites are with readers in mind. I simply want to stay away from anything that looks like an MFA site, which I hate.
Yes, I sell quite often actually. I mostly sell directly to some of my previous Flippa clients, however now and then I like to go ‘public’ as well, to see what’s going out in the market
